Medical Office Assistant for New Specialist Physician

Join our friendly and collegial group of obstetrician / gynaecologists and medical office assistants! I am looking for a fulltime, long-term MOA to begin work September 1, 2019. I am a new specialist to Vernon and you will primarily be working with me and my patients but will also provide holiday relief for other office staff. Your duties will include interacting with and registering patients, office scheduling, medical billing and preparing the examination rooms. I am looking for someone who is organized, friendly, takes initiative, and feels dedicated to the care of our patients. Having a medical office assistant diploma or similar experience as well as familiarity with Accuro EMR are assets.
